Community Involvement Hours

To meet the requirements for the Ontario Secondary School Diploma, all students must complete 40 hours of community involvement activities. Once you have finished your hours, please keep a record of them. You will need to enter them in Grade 12 using the Community Involvement Google form located in your Guidance Google classroom. If you are unsure how to access this form, please seek assistance from your guidance counsellor.

Students can use this Community Involvement Hours Tracking Sheet to track their community involvement hours. This sheet keeps track of completed hours, location, supervisor name, and contact information.
