Cameron Mourns the Passing of Mr. Kelly Free
Posted December 13, 2017
It is with a very heavy heart that the Cameron Heights Collegiate community mourns the loss of Mr. Kelly Free. Mr. Free has been a valuable member of the Cameron Heights custodial team. During his 30 year career with the WRDSB, Mr Free worked in many sites: Eastwood Collegiate, Huron Heights SS, and Glencairn PS to mention a few. Daily, Mr. Free worked to ensure that our school community was ready for students and staff. His 70’s music and earphones always brought a smile to our faces. Mr. Free will be sadly missed.
Along with our Guidance Counsellors and Administrators, members of the WRDSB’s Critical Events Response Team were on site today to support our staff and students.
Please check in with your child at home in the days to come. If you have any concerns about your child, please do not hesitate to contact me at the school to discuss support.
Sincerely,
Ray Teed
Principal
