- Summer Hours: CHCI will be closed for summer break between July 17th- August 24th.
- New Student Registrations: Registrations will be processed during the last week of August. Please fill out an online registration form and you will be e-mailed an appointment time for end of August: Online Registration Portal
- Report card pick up: Report Cards will be available for pick-up on July 8th, 9th, 13th, 14th and 15th from 8:00am to 3:00pm in the Main Office. If you miss picking up your report card during this time, you can pick it up from the Main Office when school resumes in September. Students will be able to see their marks, but not comments on myBlueprint on July 8th
- Diplomas for Graduates: Diplomas will be available for pick-up from the Main Office after September 8th. If you would like your Diploma picked up by another person, please email the school a chc@wrdsb.ca indicating the person’s name and relationship to you.
- 2026-2027 School Start Up: Info will be posted towards the end of August and it will contain important information regarding the first day of school.
- Student Timetables: Timetables will be e-mailed to students at the start of September.
- The School email chc@wrdsb.ca and the school phone (519) 578-8330 will be checked periodically throughout the Summer, please leave a message if you require assistance.
