Dear Parents/Guardians,

As the School Immunization program was interrupted during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Region of Waterloo is collaborating with schools to provide Secondary School students easy access to catch up on their publicly funded vaccines at their schools. Vaccines offered at the school catch up clinic are:

  • Meningococcal (Men-ACYW-135)
  • Human Papillomavirus (HPV) (If available)
  • Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis (TDAP)
  • Hepatitis B virus (HBV) (If available)
  • COVID-19

Cameron Heights will be hosting a vaccination clinic on Tuesday, March 21st and Wednesday, March 22nd during school hours for students who have completed the online consent form that was put out on School Day. Students will be contacted on the day. You can still sign up

Review the Grade 7 to 12 immunization information sheets for the vaccines and discuss with your child. If you
